For the production, we source the finest and freshest ingredients directly from New Spitalfields Market, everyday. Our ingredients originate from several hot climate countries; depending on the seasons, market condition and climate changes. This ensures a consistency in our supply of raw produce throughout the year. Some of our specialist produce; such as Shatkora (Wild Lemon) and Tamarind comes directly from Sylhet Division of North-Eastern Bangladesh.

All our raw produce goes through a vigorous quality and freshness check. Only the best goes through to the final preparation, which is hand picked and washed for the final stage of preparation.

THE FINAL PRODUCT

We follow a great tradition to maintain and cook the sauce by hand in order to preserve and bring out the great flavors and taste. While the sauce is still hot, its finally ready for the bottling and magnetic heat ceiling (which again insures freshness and full flavor, as well as durability for long shelf life). The bottles are then put through a cooling system to bring the temperature down rapidly, before being ready for labeling.
